Prof. Bani is the founder and owner of bzBee Consult and has been providing consultancy services in Strategic Communication, Events Management, Marketing & Branding as well as Commercial and Legal matters
He graduated with an LLB (Honours) from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and continued to pursue his professional course at Oxford. He is one of the few government scholars at that time who had the opportunity to continue working in England for almost four years upon completing his professional course.
Prof. Bani’s professional experience is wide-ranging and includes diplomatic service, commercial advisory and cross-border negotiations, strategic communication, entertainment and broadcast advisory services, as well as events and artiste management.
His years of experience in broadcast, media and communication industry led to the setting-up of bzBee
Consult in 2010 with a clear vision of providing full-service Marketing & Communication consultancy. Since then, bzBee Consult has expanded its wings into various other related areas including training, products and merchandising.

Prof. Bani is the founder and owner of bzBee Consult and is highly experienced in the areas of Strategic Communications, Crisis Communications, Stakeholder Management, Government Relations, Marketing, Branding, Social Media as well as Training in all related fields.
Bani’s professional experience spanning over a period of 30 years is wide-ranging and includes the Diplomatic Services, Commercial Advisory and Cross-Border Negotiations, Legal Advisory and Negotiations, Entertainment, Media and Broadcast Advisory services as well as Events and Artiste Management.
He graduated with an LL.B. (Honours) from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and continued to pursue his professional course at Oxford. He is one of the few government scholars, in those days, who had the opportunity to continue working in United Kingdom for almost three years, upon completing his professional course.
Bani holds strong to the philosophy of ‘knowledge sharing’. At every stage of his career, he had been blessed with personalities who pushed him to ‘learn and excel’. This motivated him to play the same role in moulding and developing the young in his various areas of expertise, mainly from among students and entrepreneurs from various organisations and universities. This led to him being appointed as Adjunct Professor by Taylor’s University, School of Media and Communications.
His years of experience in Media and Communications industry led to Bani setting-up bzBee Consult in 2010 with a clear vision of providing a fully integrated Marketing & Communications consultancy services. His experience has put him in good stead as a highly sought after consultant by both Government bodies and the Private Sector.

- Founded bzBee Consult in 2010 and went on to be the first Bumiputera company to win multiple awards in the communication industry largely dominated by MNCs.
- Appointed as Adjunct Professor by Taylor’s University School of Communications and Media 2019.
- Appointment as EXCO member of Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA).
- Masterclass Bumiputera CEO of The Year 2017 (Awarded by Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia).
- Spearheaded bzBee Consult’s achievements and recognition by PRCA Malaysia, Marketing Magazine Singapore (AOTY), Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia and SME Entrepreneurship Business Awards.
THE MANAGEMENT

Azlina has 26 years in corporate and entertainment industry. She graduated from Stamford College in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations. Drawing on her diverse experiences, Azlina spearheaded the advertising, promotions, branding and publicity of a number of Malaysian celebrities. She is also skilled in creating effective action plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Venturing into production, Azlina produced her first TV program in 2012. Since then, Azlina has continued to produce a number of Magazine & Travel Programs for television. As a pioneer, she played a crucial role in setting up “Batique”, a one-stop centre in service and retail.

Zalina Abdul Aziz @ Ninot Aziz is an award-winning author specialising in Malaysian heritage and legends with books under her belt. With a background in F&B and Event Management, Communication, Publishing and NGO work for over 25 years, her grasp of history, heritage and tradition provide the edge for creative input in every project she handles, making them unique and unforgettable. Ninot specialises in Strategic Communication as well as Government, Stakeholder and Media Relations. She is also the advisor for Events, Protocol and Culture & Heritage and is sought after speaker on the subject matter. A certified trainer under Train The Trainer (TTT) from HRDF, Ninot is a member of the PRCA, WWF and a life member of the Persatuan Sastera Lisan Malaysia.

Ruziah has over 25 years of experience in the area of corporate finance within both the government sector and the private sector including public listed companies. During her stint in the various organisations, she was also entrusted to oversee the areas of HR, administration and corporate communications in addition to accounting and finance. Ruziah specialises in Government & Stakeholder Relations and has vast experiences in cross-border and licensing including for events at international levels.

Liza is a senior and an accomplished Corporate Communications practitioner with vast experience in public and media relations, branding, marketing communication, content management, and event management in both the private and public sectors across six industries namely national food security, economic corridor development, financial, tourism, broadcasting and entertainment. She holds a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Economics, and further equipped herself in the area of Public Relations technically by obtaining professional certificates from the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia and the Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) from Asia Marketing Federation. Liza is an active Affiliate Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and an ordinary member of the Institute of Marketing Malaysia and PRCA Malaysia.

A communications practitioner with over 25 years of professional experience, Sulaiman had served in various organisations including Iskandar Regional Development Authority as well as public-listed companies and GLCs such as DRB-HICOM, Scomi Group, MRCB, Renong and Affin Bank in corporate communications, branding, treasury and banking operations. He is an accomplished public speaker and has emceed and facilitated various corporate and social events. An experienced trainer in branding and communications, he had also served as economics editor and television news anchor for a private broadcast network in the 90s. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Data Processing and Management from the University of Leeds, UK as well as a Diploma in Translation from the Malaysian Association of Translators.

Rohila Tahir started her career in the financial industry in the area of training and organisational development. Her passion and forte have always been in events planning and people-management and she decided to venture into events and artiste management since 1995. Some of the artistes she managed and work with included Stephen Rahman Hughes, Anuar Zain, Sheila Majid, Ziana Zain, Dayang Nurfaezah and the Akademi Fantasia artistes. Rohila specialises in events and public relations.

Shazlan is a graduate of University of New Haven, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His experience with two public-listed companies as an Engineer for eight years was beneficial towards his change in career to being a Producer to a production house. Shazlan then ventured into events management where he found his true passion. His ability to create, plan and implement successful events has made him our events specialist.
